ELECTRICAL PANELS
DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND ASSEMBLY
Lumiei Impianti supplies all the sensors related to the power, protection, signaling and automation of the system. This occurs through careful design and sizing of the equipment necessary for the correct operation, construction and 'in house' wiring of the automation and control panels. We also install, test and connect to the network the MV switchboards and transformers necessary for starting the system, guaranteeing assembly carried out by qualified personnel who comply with current regulations. We take care of the supply and installation of the external and internal lighting system, driving force, power supply and signal transmission between the control unit and the intake structure. We also provide a series of auxiliary services to optimize the remote management of the system, such as cameras and various control and security sensors.
AUTOMATION
Our automation system optimizes the operation of the plant to obtain the maximum yield and the best possible operation based on the set conditions and the site.
Control is carried out via the PLC installed in the Control and Command panel which analyses the signals and data it receives through a series of sensors that transmit the status of the various installed equipment. This guarantees constant control of the production process and allows a prompt response of the system to changes in operating conditions.
Particular attention is paid to securing the system in case of emergency, such as power failure or breakdown, using both logic set in the PLC and electromechanical equipment that guarantee the correct response of the system.
The supervision of the system occurs through the design and implementation of a SCADA that allows the user a simple and immediate 'man-machine' interaction.
The automation is then completed with a remote control system necessary to achieve remote management of the entire system.
